Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP®)	The Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP®) program is proven to be an essential certification for individuals wishing to demonstrate their technical knowledge of data center architecture and component operating conditions. This five-day program has a comprehensive agenda that explores and addresses the key elements associated with designing a data center. Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS®)	CDCS® (Certified Data Centre Specialist) is a 3-day advance level for training data centre design/build professionals. The CDCS® course will cover engineering calculations on the various components in a data centre facility. Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS)	ATS is a 16 hour course and accreditation examination for data center managers and operators. It provides the knowledge you need to apply the Tier Standards and ensure that critical facilities — for which you are directly responsible — are designed, built, and operated to meet the needs of the business. The course is also applicable to outside experts who support data center managers. If you and your team are responsible for data center uptime and performance, the ATS course provides the critical knowledge you need to keep systems and operations humming smoothly. Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE®)	CDCE® is the premier certification for data centre professionals in the data centre design/build and related fields. This 5-day course is designed to prepare participants to analyse a given business case and perform technical evaluation for a project plan and a set of designs for the implementation of a mission critical data centre. Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Specialist (CDFOS®)	The CDFOS® (Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Specialist) course is a three-day course which will enable participants to fully understand the requirements of running the day-to-day operations of a mission critical data centre. Participants will gain all the required competences for running the daily operations, understand which processes should be in place, and the critical elements of those processes and how to execute them. Certified Data Centre Risk Professional (CDRP®)	The CDRP® is a 2-day course is designed to expose attendants to the overall risk management process. Focus is on both the data centre infrastructure and the physical data centre facility and equipment; the attendant will learn how to identify and quantify risk in their organization, creating the ability to reduce the risk to a level acceptable for the organization. The course is based on international standards (ISO/IEC27001:2005) and guidelines (ISO/IEC27005:2011, NIST800-30, ISO/IEC31000) and will additionally prepare the candidate being able to take part and assist in corporate certification processes that may apply. Data centres are at the core of many organisations. Downtime, of applications or the data centre itself, could lead to major direct and indirect losses to the business. This has led many organisations to build resilience at various levels including the data centre infrastructure and the ICT layer. Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant (CTDC®)	The ANSI/TIA-942 Standard specifes requirements and guidelines for the design and build of a data centre. It is intended for use by designers who need a comprehensive understanding of the data centre design. It encompasses Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Telecom requirements and guidelines, which are not always covered by other generic guidelines and so-called “standards”. The course is well suited for all types of data centres, be it enterprise data centres or multi-tenant, third party data centres such as co-location, managed services and cloud service providers. Certified IT Operator (CITO®)	CITO® is a 2-day course designed to teach the competencies required of the modern IT professional working at the operations level in IT. Certified IT Manager (CITM®)	CITM® is the second course in the EPI IT Training Framework. Also known as the IT specialist’s course, CITM® is a 3-day course designed to teach the competences required of the modern IT specialist working at the senior professional, team-leader, supervisor or management level in IT management. Candidates attending this course will prove that they have gained the competences required to provide leadership and take responsibility for team performances and development in dynamic environments. CITM® is aligned with the latest European e-Competence (e-CF) Framework – addressing pro ciency level 3 (Senior Professional/Manager/Consultant).
